I called the TV ad, a sales rep came out. Sold us carpet. I bought. Carpet layer shows up a week later with the wrong color carpet. I called the rep and he verified the color gray. he confirmed. the customer service said we will give you 25.00 off and bring the right color the next day. Sure enough again 2nd day in a row after having our bedroom tore apart, they show up with a beige color carpet. When I called customer service, I was hung up on twice. I went to cancel and it seems the company does not care. the saga continues and still no carpet
