Listen to the other negative review on here, that's exactly what happened to me. I found Herbert on Thumbtack and he promised the world for a great price. He was very responsive until he got my money, then he kept making excuses for not delivering. I contracted him to design a 3 car detached garage and 6 month after he got my money I still had nothing to show for it. So, I took him to court. He lost, judge agreed he didn't provide any of the contracted services, yet 6 months after winning that case he still has yet to pay me. So, run far far away. He'll take your money and you'll get nothing in return.
