Don’t use him he is a crook he will steal your money more

Listen to the other negative review on here, that's exactly what happened to me. I found Herbert on Thumbtack and he promised the world for a great price. He was very responsive until he got my money, then he kept making excuses for not delivering. I contracted him to design a 3 car detached garage and 6 month after he got my money I still had nothing to show for it. So, I took him to court. He lost, judge agreed he didn't provide any of the contracted services, yet 6 months after winning that case he still has yet to pay me. So, run far far away. He'll take your money and you'll get nothing in return. more

The job we had was to add a dormitory to one of our small house , after getting estimates from other contractors and architects was ridiculous, I got referred by a co-worker to use the thumbtack site, after explaining my situation, I got so many calls from different contractors , among all there was one call that come from Grievous architect , because I was turning around by other architectures , I was about to give up , but than Mr. Grievous called back Mr. Grievous this is a great a person to work with—he was respond right away, show up on time, give an estimate, don't talk you into more work than you need, do the job right and he was very pleasant through the whole process, from that on everything have been wonderful, his professional work was amazing he did it just right. I selected him and his business after getting two other estimates, one twice as much with far less detail in the estimate, the other just gave a verbal estimate. If you want good work without getting ripped off, just skip the scam artists out there and call Grievous architect. I highly recommend him. If you need your project completed on time or just simply completed go to another architect. I signed a 6 week contract with him and this is week 14 and still the project is not completed. I do not have one document outlined in his agreement completed to date. Prior to getting your deposit He will promise the world and give nothing but excuses later of why it takes him so long to complete. Do not be fooled by his grand daddy appearance and father like demeanor, there is a plot in place called say that anything will work to get your deposit then delay the job until the client gets frustrated and terminate the agreement.
