We have been with Stacy for over 20 years now and have never experienced anything other than professional and courteous service. She accommodates us in every way, have never had a problem of any sort, we have our boat, motorcycle, many houses, two cars and life insurance policies with her AND we have car loans to boot. I don't know what happened with the less than five star rating, but it may have just been a bad day. Likely this person moved on, so maybe that is a good thing. Great customer service, prompt calls back, professional to the 9's............nothing but the BEST!!! I have referred maybe 20 people to them and they always take me up on going with Stacey and her group for any type of insurance business. Best in the industry!!!
