Scott came for a regularly scheduled maintenance visit and patiently took the time to analyze and help me resolve two other issues that I had been having. The first was a fan that was running 24/7, and which had been doing so for years. (The problem was a defect in the circuit board that controls the fan.) The second issue concerned a recurring mold problem that was ruining the ceiling panels in the basement. He recommended a powerful dehumidifier that is a lot more capable that the kind you would find at Sears or Lowe's.
