The Appleton Campbell Techs and office staff have been nothing less than professional and excellent; they have our utmost respect, trust and confidence. When I choose companies to perform work on our home, I do so with the intent of having a long-standing relationship and that if anything were to happen to me, my wife has competent and trustworthy people on whom she can rely.
I am not an easy person to please; I was brought up among old-world craftsmen who took pride in their work and did things right the first time, I expect that of myself and I expect that of others; I have seen that in the work performed by each of the Appleton Campbell techs (that includes plumbing, heating / air, and electric). They take the time to understand, they take the time to answer questions (and I ask a lot of questions), they have always responded quickly to my emails, their work is neat and of high quality, they keep the work area neat, they have always been prompt and on-time. They have made very good recommendations, thoughts / ideas, not just with current work but with future work that I have been planning to do.
The office staff is also exceptional, very friendly and accommodating.
To date, the work performed by Appleton Campbell for us has been:
- installed a new Stiebel-Eltron Accelera 300 water heater,
- update our electric panel (including putting in a whole-house surge protector and outdoor receptacle for an emergency generator)
- put in a new well pump and well tank, and
- service our heat pump / central air unit
For future work, I will look to Appleton Campbell to replace a no-longer functioning oil boiler with a new lp gas boiler, install an lp gas tank, future updates to our electric system, and, when our current heat pump/central air needs to be replaced, then I expect Appleton Campbell will be doing that, as well.
