Review content:
The garage door was not working. The repair person, Steve, came the day after we called for service.
He quickly determined that the old unit was "fried". It had likely been hit by lightening. He had a new opener with him and the time to install it. He also added a surge protector and changed the rollers. Steve was neat and clean with his work and left the garage clean. He explained how to work the new door and helped me set up the controller in my car. He also explained the benefits of a maintenance agreement.
Steve is a talented, efficient service provider. Sears should be proud of him and his work. I will ask for him if I need service again. Thank you.
