Sears came the same day I phoned. Texted in advance of arrival. Very professional, courteous, clean.. Gave helpful user instructions and tips. Removed all materials from old garage door. They were perfect. Exactly what you would hope for. more

Garage Repair - Service 12/5/2018

My experience with the Sears team from booking the appointment thru the service call itself was great! Steve K was very knowledgeable and professional while assessing and repairing the problem with my garage door. He also gave me valuable advice about what to expect for the future and anticipated actions I will need to take with repair vs. replacing. All in all a wonderful experience! more

Steve phoned us when he was on his way which was right on target with the anticipated time he gave us yesterday. He arrived and got right to work. He was extremely professional and courteous. If we were to need additional work - which hopefully we won't because Steve did such a great job - we would ask for him again. more
