expensive
the absolute worst appt I have had after laser surgery
I paid 3000.00 up front for a correction of a deep pocket, possibly including use of cadaver bone. I have been to a number of appointments for teeth cleaning etc wit no mention of how the story of the deep pocket correction process is going, is it over? have I used the 3k...this must be the case since I have been paying more.
In short, the communication has been substandard. Further, I missed an appointment and was charged 150 dollars. There was no phone call to remind me. This would have been helpful since there was a death in the family that took my attention at the time. My regular dentist is much better at communication.
my next appt will be the last...cant afford another fine.
Incidentally, I got 2 emails about the next appt...one stating it would on on the 26th another the 12th
