expensive the absolute worst appt I have had after laser surgery I paid 3000.00 up front for a correction of a deep pocket, possibly including use of cadaver bone. I have been to a number of appointments for teeth cleaning etc wit no mention of how the story of the deep pocket correction process is going, is it over? have I used the 3k...this must be the case since I have been paying more. In short, the communication has been substandard. Further, I missed an appointment and was charged 150 dollars. There was no phone call to remind me. This would have been helpful since there was a death in the family that took my attention at the time. My regular dentist is much better at communication. my next appt will be the last...cant afford another fine. Incidentally, I got 2 emails about the next appt...one stating it would on on the 26th another the 12th more

... To see Dr. Gottlieb for a possible implant surgery. From scheduling my appointment and through the investigatory procedure, I was thoroughly impressed! I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and Dr. Gottlieb's assistant, Jennifer. Dr. Gottlieb was professional yet down-to-earth and personable. He gave me confidence in his advice to proceed with the implant surgery. He also took the time to answer all my questions and I did not feel 'rushed'. Jennifer then took over and patiently explained the timeline(s), what I could expect the day of the procedure and the after-care. Then, off to Patty, the Treatment Coordinator. She explained the costs involved and provided an estimate in writing so that I knew exactly what insurance would most likely cover and what my estimated personal costs would be. In all, I left my appointment feeling informed and comfortable that I was in good hands on the day of the procedure and the necessary follow-ups. Thank you all! more
