There's been four management companies in as many years: Alliance, Greystar, Avenue 5, MG Properties. Each time things seem to get worse. Pro: The exteriors, lobbies and clubhouse got a remodel and new energy efficient lights installed. Overall the neighborhood is nice and neighbors mostly considerate. Con: Rent has gone up about 10% for existing residents and parking is no longer included. Next year allegedly they plan to charge over $100 for parking and insist it's "a deal" compared to neighboring complexes. Meanwhile new residents are enticed with lower rents. Stairwells and parking garages are mostly ignored. Dog vomit sits in stairwells for weeks and fire doors remain broken despite filing reports with the leasing office. The warehouse Stevens Winery next door can get loud and inconsiderate and some nearby residents like to set off fireworks in the streets during the holidays. Management doesn't seem to care.
