Review content:
Mr Rooter is the most dishonest company I've ever used! Our appointment was between 1 and 3, the technician finally showed up at 8:30 pm. I had a kitchen sink that was plugged. The technician walks in before even looking at the sink said it was going to cost $278. I said when I made the appointment I asked for the $79 drain clean. The technician said, oh you must mean the coupon. He messed around for two hours and the drain was still plugged! He used a tool with just a spring, no hook or anything that would remove the stuff plugging the sink. The technician said he would be back the next afternoon and of course didn't show up! We called a different company and that young man had the drain cleared within 45 min. The new guy asked if there was a claw on the Mr Rooters technicians spring and I told him no there was not. Mr Rooter scams their customers! Their technician figured he could charge more money if he came back. Maybe the Mr Rooter guy saw that I am an older woman and thought it would be easy to scam me.
