Mr Rooter Plumbing

Mr Rooter is the most dishonest company I've ever used! Our appointment was between 1 and 3, the technician finally showed up at 8:30 pm. I had a kitchen sink that was plugged. The technician walks in before even looking at the sink said it was going to cost $278. I said when I made the appointment I asked for the $79 drain clean. The technician said, oh you must mean the coupon. He messed around for two hours and the drain was still plugged! He used a tool with just a spring, no hook or anything that would remove the stuff plugging the sink. The technician said he would be back the next afternoon and of course didn't show up! We called a different company and that young man had the drain cleared within 45 min. The new guy asked if there was a claw on the Mr Rooters technicians spring and I told him no there was not. Mr Rooter scams their customers! Their technician figured he could charge more money if he came back. Maybe the Mr Rooter guy saw that I am an older woman and thought it would be easy to scam me. more

county I knew I had to finally get a plumber, my niece suggested Mr. Rooter. Steve S. was prompt, professional and informative. Steve went beyond great service, and didn't quit until my line was unplugged. He took out toilet to snake (at least 2 snake heads) and cleaned both floor and tub, plus shower in other bathroom, as both bathrooms were messed up. I will have to have a more work done, but for now I can use my shower and toilet (no more potty chair) :) Steve is a wonderful asset to this company, and there is no greater PR. then a great tech, who is there for customer satisfaction...Thank you! more

I have used Mr Rooter before and again will go back. David R was professional, assessed the situation quickly and quickly took care of the problem. We scheduled a video inspection for the following day and the cause of the issue was quickly diagnosed. As usual I am please with the service. more

We needed a plumber NOW and Mr. Rooter showed up by noon. Our technician, Stephen tried several methods to unplug the drain going to our septic and was finally successful by removing the toilet and 'snaking' from there. When he was finished, we could not tell the toilet had been removed, and he cleaned the tub which had also been affected. He was pleasant, informative, and helpful. And, he came when we needed service, which he provided at a very reasonable price. more

After the gas company found a leak, Justin was incredibly responsive in dealing with our problem. He came out the evening it was reported and was very prompt in giving us our quote. As there were leaks on both SWG's line as well as our home's line, Justin was able to coordinate everything he was doing to ensure our gas would be back on ASAP.
