Never ever would I use this company and I would never recommend to use this company. I called them out to fix my heat. They disassembled the unit, broke my gas line, and an hour later charged $350 (for what was really a service call charge) and never came back to finish the job. Said they were going to price parts and call back. Multiple calls to the company and none was returned. They have posted fraudulent charges to my card since then for 2 weeks until I found out. Extremely unprofessional as they threatened to break the AC/Heat unit lest I paid $350 . After failure to show up or return calls, I called a different company who had to reassemble the unit to figure out what the problem was in the first place. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a local business. Save yourself the headache and use another company.
