Harrison AC and Heat

Never ever would I use this company and I would never recommend to use this company. I called them out to fix my heat. They disassembled the unit, broke my gas line, and an hour later charged $350 (for what was really a service call charge) and never came back to finish the job. Said they were going to price parts and call back. Multiple calls to the company and none was returned. They have posted fraudulent charges to my card since then for 2 weeks until I found out. Extremely unprofessional as they threatened to break the AC/Heat unit lest I paid $350 . After failure to show up or return calls, I called a different company who had to reassemble the unit to figure out what the problem was in the first place. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a local business. Save yourself the headache and use another company. more

My ac broke it's 100 years old but wan't going with the first 8,900 estimate on a new one.I called Harrison Ac & Heat from yellow pages. They did me did good so I referred them to my neighbors. And my father's house. You know someone's good if you referring to your parents. I am reviewing on their professional work. would recommend to everyone and have, other HVAC companies take notes I'm paying you for a service I expect to get service do something beside waist my day waiting on you Wait all day to get fooled I was given a 8,900 Bid for new cost of repair almost the same as new for a 622.00 Repair I got through Harrison Ac & Heat a 2 year service warranty. I thought all AC companies were scammers until Harrison! That's why I'm all about this company they are honest fair great services Nothing compares to Harrison Great work ethics more
