Review content:
I dealt with three different individuals from the Perfect Home Services and they were all great. The first person I met was Kyle R. He came over to take a look at our old furnace, review it and see what was wrong. He's also the one who sold us the new furnace. He was awesome. He was a very good communicator and helped me understand the differences between various efficiency levels of the models available. He didn't just lead me to the most expensive model, but helped me consider my options and find something that was affordable but had the features I wanted. The experience was professional from top to bottom.
The installers, Keith and Ryan, came over the very next morning. It was awesome that they were that responsive, especially because it was cold outside and our furnace wasn't working. The professionalism from them was really great. They went above and beyond and did some extra things I wasn't expecting them to do. It was a great experience. The pricing was very fair based on the other quotes I received. They helped me with financing as well. They were very respectful of my home environment and provided great customer service all around.
