I have been going here for 1 year & see Dr. Monn. Though there is always room for improvement, I am extremely happy with her as my vet. She reads up on the latest treatments used. Her bedside manner is awesome and she does not rush at all. Their prices are more affordable than any other vet I have been to in this area. The clinic is always clean, the waiting area spacious. There are some very nice receptionists & techs, but just a few that are not quite as great. I try to think of the care Dr. Monn gives, & that overshadows it. I will ONLY see Dr. Monn, I did not find Dr. Heule to be as interested or knowledgeable about my dogs illness as she is, he did not have any advice in a visit when I was very concerned, only said to have my dog lose weight. I do know of many people who are happy with him. If you are not happy with your vet, I suggest trying Dr. Alana Monn! as far as other reviews, I order online prescriptions and they have no problem with it. And like I said, most people there are great, there might be 1-2 that are just ok and could improve!
