Review content:
I went to this business for about 30 years to have my dogs groomed. The majority of the time all was done right and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places. What I wrote in a review 6 years ago was an honest review of what I experienced in the last year or so of going there. If I am a "coward" for writing an honest review than I guess the millions of people who write reviews for every business they comment on are also "cowards" which is ridiculous to say the least.
I didn't mention that the owner of the business and the only groomer there at the time and every time I went there for three decades, was very rough with my little ten pound dog and hurt her leg and her shoulder by grabbing her and yanking her front leg to make her stand still.
After canceling several appointments at the last minute with me and having her boyfriend call the last few times to do so, she called me herself and said she didn't want to groom my dog anymore.
At that point, NO great loss. It had become stressful for me to wonder if she was going to keep the appointment or cancel an hour before I was to leave my house to go there.
Anything I would have to say on this subject is an honest review/opinion and everyone is entitled to an opinion.
