I am writing to express gratitude for Zach, Kevin, Pam of Critter Control of Columbus, OH. While Zach was professional, patient with questions that I had regarding the rodent in my residence, and took his time assessing, I felt the real recognition goes to Pam(office staff) who showed a personal interest in what I was dealing with by consistently demonstrating to me a great attitude, kindness, willingness to professionally assist me. Next person who was great to work with was Kevin. Kevin, went above/beyond trying to get to the root of the problem. He went on the roof, inside the attic, assessed the grounds, gave great tips and his persona is one who truly cares about people. Providing customer service with a caring quality is necessary when building a new client base. He is the type of person who comes across as committed to his job, even though I was just one of many service calls for the day. Until the rodent problem is resolved, it is serious enough to live off site. This problem can happen to anyone who lives near a woods in a very nice area of Hilliard. Rodents do not discriminate. It is nice to know Critter Control employs such outstanding people. Thank you.
