Justin Keller was very knowledgeable and carefully explained all options I had in making my decision to purchase a new heating/air conditioning unit. He was kind, considerate, and compassionate in answering many of my questions (I'm 80+ years old and sometimes ask "stupid" questions).
I've been a loyal customer to Essig's for many years with my plumbing and have been very satisfied with all their service technicians - and now I'll be using Essig's for all my heat/ air conditioner service as well.
Again, Justin Keller could not have been any better in working with me and helping me make my decision to purchase my new unit.
