My first appt with Spall. Jeremy arrived 5 minutes early, professionally & neatly dressed and groomed, introduced himself, explained what he was to accomplish. After approx 40 minutes, Jeremy had resolved my heating problems, then thoroughly explained to me all that he fixed, all that he then tested and verified..and told me I will be perfectly fine for this winter's heating season. I was taken back, previous HVAC technicians were rather abrupt and 'not real clean'... and unlike Jeremy, appeared a lot less professional and caring.. I am impressed woth my new Tech & his T E Spall company
