Our service tech, Dan, is terrific. He remembers stuff about our HVAC system that we don't. If you deal with TE Spall & Son ask for him. You will not be disappointed.

Maintenance/Daniel 6/14/2018

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the equipment would be serviced. He worked efficiently. My husband was unable to be home, but he had a question. Daniel answered his question for me and he was even kind enough to leave a note for my husband. I was extremely happy with the work done by Daniel. Highly recommend. more

Electric hot water heater 6/6/2018

I bought a new electric water heater. I noticed I didn’t have any hot water. I called TE Spall & sons in Carbondale , pa and they came out the next day. Today is Wednesday and the job is done. I got a 50 gallon electric heater. The heater name was Bradmore White. Jeremy R. did everything. He was wonderful. He was very very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him . I paid $1684,00 for my water heater. The water heater also had an expansion unit also. This keeps from extra air getting in the lines. Jeremy was very neat and did everything perfect. If I had to rate the company I would give them a ten out of ten. In just two days the whole job is done and I again have hot water. This company definitely goes beyond all my expections . They are the best. more

Jeremy was here first thing in morning and introduced himself. I thought he was very professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers on & off when he went in and out of my home; cleaned all up around water leak and explained everything to me. Geothermal Winter update & inspection 1/17/2018

Service Tech Jeremy.. my new SuperStar 11/15/2017

My first appt with Spall. Jeremy arrived 5 minutes early, professionally & neatly dressed and groomed, introduced himself, explained what he was to accomplish. After approx 40 minutes, Jeremy had resolved my heating problems, then thoroughly explained to me all that he fixed, all that he then tested and verified..and told me I will be perfectly fine for this winter's heating season. I was taken back, previous HVAC technicians were rather abrupt and 'not real clean'... and unlike Jeremy, appeared a lot less professional and caring.. I am impressed woth my new Tech & his T E Spall company more

Annual MAintenance 11/12/2017

Had my first annual maintenance appointment this month for my heating unit and all went great. Tammy called to let me know Jeremy was en route and 30 mins later he was at my door. Jeremy was very polite and within one hour systems were cleaned and tested. No problems! more
