I'm 75 and alway serviced my lawn myself. Decided to try a lawn service for the first time with TLC. Just a very bad experience. They started late. First service was second half of April. Too late in Delaware for preventing crabgrass. I now have more than ever. Five services and four different technicians-no continuity regarding my concerns, property lines, etc. My lawn complaints were followed up with a nice return email but no action. I even paid extra for the core aeration they suggested but lawn is worse than ever after all their treatments. In preparation for the 5th service I worked really hard removing all the fallen leaves, and then they didn't show up until 3 days later when the lawn was full of leaves again. Attempts to call the technician were useless-message saying his voicemail was not yet set up. I wish I had read the other reviews before signing up with this company. Save your money!
