Review content:
I would highly recommend Tomball Dodge for anyone shopping for a new car. I worked with Andre Brown and he made the process very easy. Andre's manager, Jeff Nugent was also very helpful throughout the process. I showed up late on Thursday evening, looking to trade in our Audi and hopefully reduce monthly expenses. Andre and Jeff exceeded my expectations by making me a great deal on a Grand Cherokee. I had a goal in mind of how much I wanted to pay per month and they were not only able to meet that goal, but exceeded it, and I have to say that I think the Grand Cherokee is nicer than the Audi we traded in. At the end of the day, I had a sweet new Grand Cherokee, and saved about $200/month! Tough to beat that. Additionally, the Grand Cherokee had a minor issue with one of the rear fender panels (factory issue). Andre immediately reached out to the service department, and they ordered a new part and had it installed within a few days. Overall, a great buying experience.
