Review content:
Allen Service helped me when the furnace broke. They assessed the issue and gave me options. I decided to get a new furnace as the old one was 25 years old. They brought space heaters for me for the weekend until the Monday install. All of the service people were kind and informative and very professional and courteous.
The new furnace was designed specifically for my little house. They didn't try to sell me the biggest and most expensive. It's perfect.
They went above and beyond what was needed. There was a hole in the attic that the old furnace was sucking cold air from that was inside the wall and undetected. They fixed that when they weren't obligated to fix that. They cleaned a return vent that was full of dust and junk. They didn't have to do that. They brought in a shop vac to get all of the dust and junk from behind the wall when they installed the new thermostat.
I was amazed at all of the work they did. They explained everything I asked about and took care of me. The new furnace works like a dream and I am happy to have a nice warm home thanks to Allen Service. I will always call them for help as I trust them. Thank all of you that helped me so very much, I am grateful, happy and warm.
