Like other reviewers, I would echo the remarks about \r
1. decent overall cuts/color\r
2. BEYOND HORRIBLE customer service\r
3. WAY overpriced for what they offer\r

I had a relatively good experience the 1st time I went -- which is to say they didn't mess up my really easy long hair and highlights. The second time I went, I paid over $200 for a cut and highlights and looked exactly the same as when I went in. Oh, and they made me blowdry my own hair after the color. (Um...why am I tipping you over 20%, again???)\r

Two weeks later, I need a trim -- and the highlights may as well not be there. When I called to ask for a trim (apologizing like crazy to even ask) they curtly told me that they would charge me full price. \r

UH - NO THANKS! \r
