Review content:
We have been customers of Essig's for at least 15 years and have never experienced anything less then exceptional service. On or around 10/13/17, employee Justin Heist came out to help me investigate a water leak issue that was possibly coming from the Air Conditioning unit. After a thorough investigation, everything checked out fine and was determined that the AC was not causing the issue at hand. Instead of packing up his tools and heading home for the day, Justin stayed with me for another 2 hours so he could assist me in determining what the problem could be. Ultimately we found the source, (basically it was mostly Justin who found it) but if it wasn't for his expertise & perseverance, it to this day would still be considered a mystery.
