I was impressed by the professional attitude of everyone involved. They apologized for being 5 minutes past the scheduled time. Five minutes is NOT late! I appreciated their concern. The service man who came made certain to cover his shoes and went right to work. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was causing the problem and how he was going to fix it. The price was fair and this morning the shower worked GREAT.
