Humberto approached the replacement of our main sewage and water supply line with professionalism and a customer-centric focus. While there is an inherent inconvenience factor when your sewage and water lines require replacement, Humberto prioritized retention of water and bathroom service to lessen the disruption of the project
Despite the challenges of excavation (one area required manually shoveling dirt within a low ceiling area under porch) he waited until the original lines were fully excavated before disconnecting the legacy plumbing and connecting the new lines. Thus, water and bathroom services were lost for hours rather than days if a more haphazard approach was undertaken.
He addressed my concerns - even if inconvenient- and without development of an unpleasant disposition. He managed his work crew well and expediently instituted corrective action when needed.
Lastly, he develops his subordinates -in this case Nelson- so that if other project requires his presence, they are able to manage the work team and maintain the timeline and work quality.
