I am so happy to be a patient at Health & Wellness! Every time I call them, they are pleasant and helpful...no matter how silly or tiny my question may be! Most doctors offices make you wait FOREVER on the phone, you know? But not here! At Health & Wellness, my calls are always answered quickly! Or, if they are unavailable, and I have to leave a message? Well, these wonderful folks actually call back! They make sure that my questions are answered and my problems solved! I can honestly say that these people have my back. And THAT is how you should feel with a doctors office, like you are safe, respected, and cared for! Lately, when I call, a lovely woman named Makuta has been answering all my questions. She has helped me schedule appointments and answered questions regarding my prior auth, too. She is always sweet and understanding and helps me get to the bottom of things...even when the office is so busy. I appreciate that so much. I'm glad she works at my Dr. Office! But, to be honest, I pretty much appreciate everyone there....it's just an awesome Office full of awesome people! And THAT makes my recovery so much smoother and easier. Thanks to everyone at Health and Wellness, including Ms. Makuta!!!!
