I really cant say enough about this whole process. Starting with the consultation I felt very relaxed with the environment and zero judgement from the staff. During my consult I was given realistic expectations of what i would look like and how I would feel after my procedure. I was very apprehensive going in, but all my questions were answered in detail and it really set my mind at ease. I was given clear, easy to follow instructions for pre and post op care and received a follow up from my physician to check on me the night after I had my procedure done. It totally went a long way to making me feel great all around. Since the staff made sure I set up my transportation and after care ahead of time, there was nothing for me to do but focus on my healing. My follow ups were scheduled promptly and I never felt rushed in or out of my appointments. All around it has been an awesome experience. This process has really given me the confidence and motivation to make healthier choices and look and feel better. I cant say thank you enough to the awesome staff at Sono Bello Austin.
