Six months later and I am still the same size as before the surgery. Staff is not helpful. I have only seen nurses aids on the follow ups. No doctor except for the date of the sur...

Words can't express how happy I've been with the staff at Sonobello in Austin ranging from Dr. Okpaku, the nurses, Bailey the consultant all the way to the girls at the front counter. After nearly a year and a half of searching for a facility that I felt comfortable with, none of them could top Sonobello! Thank you all for everything you have done and for giving me that extra boost of motivation to be myself again. To anyone out there looking for a facility you can trust and that makes you feel welcomed with open arms, look no further because this is it! more

The whole staff is very welcoming. Every step of the way was handled professional. When I went back for the procedure the entire staff also accommodated my husband and asked any question he had and refer him to good place to eat while he waited. They actually had it delivered to him in the waiting room. Just had my follow up appointment and they were all just as nice. Would recommend this to anyone. Plan on having more done. more

This was much easier than I thought it would be. The whole process was well explained by the extremely personable staff. The day of the procedure was seemelesss from start to finish. There has been great follow up by Dr. O. The staff also followed up. Pain was minimal was up and walked 4 miles with my dog the next morning. Very pleased with the results and it has only been two weeks. Would recommend it to anyone. more

The process from consultation to the surgery was very fast and easy. The staff at Sonobello on 38th street treated me like royalty. I have had several surgeries in the past and I never received any follow up calls or emails. I even received information about what my symptoms maybe stage by stage after surgery. I have since referred 3 people to the clinic, whom 2 have set appointments and are ready to have surgery. I will continue to share your amazing work! Thanks for everything. more

I totally recommend it ladies and gentlemen if you wanna have that young and fresh look the Venus treatment is the answer. On top of that the lovely ladies that work there are wonderful and have great customer service they will make sure you are happy with your services. The office staff was friendly and answered all of my questions, the establishment was clean and welcoming, the surgeon did an exceptional job with my stomach as well as my waist and the information they provided has been helpful. I appreciate them checking on me prior and post OP and have already recommend them others. I will definitely go back for future procedures. 10 stars to Sono Bello family!! more

The staff was very informative, answered all of my questions regarding pre- and post-surgery, especially on what I could expect realistically regarding results and expectations. So far, I am on my 2nd week post surgery and can appreciate what I "will" look like versus what I look like "today". What a wonderful and caring staff. Great process. Everything was explained in detail before and after surgery. The staff was very amazing and knowledgeable. The doctor called me that evening to check on me and provided me with his cell number in case I had any questions or issues. So far the results are great and I am looking forward to a new me. more
