This was Justin’s first visit to our home to perform the seasonal check-up on our heat pump. He professionalism impressed us. He was very knowledgeable about our heating system. He informed us about possible improvements to our unit (with which we were already very pleased). We opted to add the surge protectors. He also clearly explained the operation of our thermostat which is helping us to use it more efficiently. Justin Heist is a valuable asset to your team of heating experts.
