Review content:
I drop in the library to go study sometimes. I get on my laptop at the one table that actually has electrical plugs. The counter person who sits near the public computers needs to do her job. On three consecutive days I observed this person be selective in who she chooses to tell to keep the voice level down and who she says nothing to. On one day I sat and listened to an entire loud conversation between the counter person, some guy who came and sat behind the desk with her and some loud talking, old hipster. This conversation went on for about 30 minutes. Utterly ridiculous.
