I drop in the library to go study sometimes. I get on my laptop at the one table that actually has electrical plugs. The counter person who sits near the public computers needs to do her job. On three consecutive days I observed this person be selective in who she chooses to tell to keep the voice level down and who she says nothing to. On one day I sat and listened to an entire loud conversation between the counter person, some guy who came and sat behind the desk with her and some loud talking, old hipster. This conversation went on for about 30 minutes. Utterly ridiculous. more

A great place for bookworms 11/29/2005

I love the Copperas Cove library. I used to go to the old one years ago, but since they opened the new one I go there all the time. It is a very nice place to go. Its big, and they have a very huge selection of books to choose from. If they don't have it, then you probably won't find it anywhere. They also have many computers so you can do research or search for that perfect book. more

What a Library should be! 11/29/2005

This is a fairly new Library with a brand new look. It is spacious and has just about all you could ask for as far as variety. It has a nice atmosphere, and it is one of the cleanest Libraries around today. I've spent many hours here, with my children and one of the best things about it, is the ability to use their computers. It's great! Really neat place to check out books!! more
