My first experience with this company and the agent they send me was not good at all. They are not 24/7 available as they claim. They don’t confirm your appointment either until last minute. The first agent they send just looked at the faucet and didn’t do anything and made an appointment for the next day. The second agent came unprepared. I had to explaining everything all over again. Why they send out the first agent, I have no idea. The second agent Service Pro Mendoza R. acted like it was his first day on the job. He wanted my undivided attention the entire time. Instead of focusing on the faucet he kept talking to me and asking me questions that I was not qualified to answer. Some of the inappropriate questions he asked was what type of a landlord I had. Was he into quick fixes or permanent fixes. All he did was unscrew the faucet knobs and screw them back together, and then said "look it works." He talked my ear off about not knowing what the problem is. He sat a lot and read stuff (what I have no idea) and took notes. He charged my landlord a reduced price of $100 for coming out and for not doing anything. He wanted me to sign papers but did not give me time to read it. He was pushy and could not answer any of my questions. 10 minuets after he left the problem reoccurred. Worst experience ever. I took time off from work for absolutely nothing. 2 times. What a waste of time. I will never call Rescue Rooters again.
