Christian came to our house to fix a problem with our water-heater. He noted that we had a warranty that was still good and contacted our warranty company. He knew which part of our water-heater was not working and asked them to send it to us. He only charged us for the house call, not the effort he put in to try to fix it. He was competent, early to the house call, he was friendly and is standing by to fix our problem as soon as the part from the warranty company arrives.
