Emergency Resolved 9/7/2018

Recently we discovered a pipe was leaking behind a wall. Not knowing who to call we found The Pink Plumber on line and were very happy with their service. They were prompt in responding to the problem and could complete the work in one day. We were most happy with the professionalism of the company and the service. more

Replacing a dishwasher hose 5/10/2018

Our service person, Clay is very personable, pleasant and competent. I have had him help me twice. The rating is due to the prices charged for basic services. Replacing an exhaust hose on a working dishwasher should not cost more than a new dishwasher including installation and disposal. more

Pink Plumber 3/22/2018

Jeff B from the Pink Plumber DFW worked alongside of David D to find and fix a slab leak at my house. They showed up at 8:00am and were through with the job by 2:00pm. I am very impressed and will use them in the future. Thanks guys! more

Christian from Pink Plumber was outstanding. He arrived inside the appointment window and worked diligently fixing our water problem. He was professional and courteous and assured us that he would stay and find the correct solution for the problem. I would highly recommend him and Pink Plumber for plumbing needs. more

Jeromy was professional and explained the procedures and cost . What would be done and probable cost and what discounts I would be getting. After consideration I decided that the problem being fairly simple and the piece used for the problem not that expensive that I could not afford the costs even after the discounts. I appreciate his honesty, patience and respect that was shown me. With this overall experience I would recommend The Pink Plumber Co but also caution that it's prices are a bit pricy. thank you Jeromy more

Amazing Plumbers! 11/30/2017

First, my plumber was Nick and he was fantastic. I called The Pink Plumber office this morning and they sent someone over immediately. Nick was professional yet very personal. He explained what he was doing throughout the process of going through my slab and finding a very very small leak that was doing the damage. He completed EVERYTHING in one day including pouring the concrete and capping a gas line. He is knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my silly questions. I would recommend this company and Nick for any plumbing concerns. Super efficient and guaranteed all work done! more

Great service 8/23/2017

Christian came to our house to fix a problem with our water-heater. He noted that we had a warranty that was still good and contacted our warranty company. He knew which part of our water-heater was not working and asked them to send it to us. He only charged us for the house call, not the effort he put in to try to fix it. He was competent, early to the house call, he was friendly and is standing by to fix our problem as soon as the part from the warranty company arrives. more

Charles was very helpful and professional. He fixed our plumbing issue very quickly and did a great job. He even found a problem with one of our water lines that ended up saving us a lot of money, and he went out of his way to do so. Great Job! more
