I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. John Krebs is a fraud. Working with him, and his company, was potentially the most awful experience of my life. He is a fraud, liar, scam artist who has no idea what he is doing. He is a thief. We paid for 1-3 day urgent and not only did we not receive the passport in time, but he was of no help and completely, blatantly rude, disrespectful and to be quite frank horrifyingly abrasive when we kindly inquired as to the status of our 500 dollar purchase. During the process, I did all the work, communicating with the state department and fedex back and forth, all while informing the person who was supposed to be doing HIS JOB as to the status of my passport. He deserves to pay me back my money, and more. When we called their office, their lying secretary Sandy blatantly ignored our calls, sent us to hold and consistently hung up on us, for two hours straight. I can only assume this was at John's request because she was terribly embarrassed and quite obviously ashamed of her lack of pride when we then showed up at the office and all of their representatives were in fact...not busy. Doing nothing. Stealing money from innocent people. He then ignored all of our e-mails, I have all the proof, and then had the nerve to ask us for more money to ship my passport. Do not trust this company. They are liars and thieves, they have no respect for the human race, they are indecent and incompetent.
