Peter was my field tech and he was great!
Knowledgeable, polite, punctual and patient.
He explained to me how my system works, how to program the thermostat and his suggestions for service and maintenance.
My only complaint is that the call didn't happen the way I was told the night before when I talked to a different tech. Chris told that the tech would come to the call for $99, assess the situation and then provide me with a service estimate before work would be done.
But in the end I didn't know the cost until after it was already completed.
Even with that said, I would definitely have them back for service!!!
