I've used Werley Heating and Air Conditioning for three years and have found their services to be consistently prompt and thorough. I appreciate their professional staff and the fact that they are never too busy to explain what work they are doing, and how you can maintain your system to keep it working at top capacity. Great company! more

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time I've had to call for service this winter. Nathan spent well over an hour investigating the problem and trying to come up with a solution. I'm renting my place now, and he did an excellent job of speaking with my landlord but also keeping me informed. Courteous but also up front. Really appreciated it, of the three techs I've had he was by far the best. more

Werley receptionist HVAC was very polite and prompt in getting us scheduled, had a pre call from them yesterday afternoon. Nathan showed up on time, did his job. Gave me a qualitative report on his experience with the unit. He answered my questions and did a show and tell of how to interpret the thermostat. I trust them...all!!! Thanks more

Andy was very polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing and what he found. He found that one of the furnace traps was almost clogged and he cleaned it thus preventing a future service call. I was very pleased with the maintenance call. more

Peter arrived timely as predicted. He accessed the situation & made a diagnosis of the problem. He set right to work with preforming a solution which considered not only proper performance but also trying to minimize customer costs. This not the first time Peter has served our needs for Climate Specialists and has always been efficient, courteous, and skilled. Peter was my field tech and he was great! Knowledgeable, polite, punctual and patient. He explained to me how my system works, how to program the thermostat and his suggestions for service and maintenance. My only complaint is that the call didn't happen the way I was told the night before when I talked to a different tech. Chris told that the tech would come to the call for $99, assess the situation and then provide me with a service estimate before work would be done. But in the end I didn't know the cost until after it was already completed. Even with that said, I would definitely have them back for service!!! more
