we have been a customer of Genz Ryan since 1999. Recently I had a new AC installed from them. I later on found out about the model was ANX13 at a price of $5,687.00 with instatallation and duct cleaning. The manufacturer sells the same model with installation for a little over $3,000.00. I have called Genz Ryan on the phone several times about the big discrepancy with no response from them at all. I understand the profit motive but not to that extent!!!. They could have given me a little higher quality with the same price. Now i am stuck with a payment plan for a full one year. It makes me feel bad that I had such confidence in their service, and now I feel the customer does not matter at all!
