Do yourself a favor and DONT LET TLC ON YOUR PROPERTY!!!!! They will kill your grass, and destroy your lawn. DONT let them "plant grass seeds". They have poor quality seed. Mostly weeds. I fired them after only 2 applications. It will take a couple of years to fill in all the bald spots and kill all the weeds.
