Horrible Obnoxious Customer Service.. TONS of hidden fees. \r
I closed on my home last year and continued to use Paraco Gas for my stove and drier because they were the company servicing the home. At house closing the company faxed over the contract. It was one page. I signed it and faxed it back. Fast forward 1 year later.. I converted to natural gas. Called Paraco to cancel service and was informed that I was going to be charged $120 restocking fee. I went back to my one page contract and searched for this written somewhere.... It wasn't to be found. I called Paraco again and was informed that it was on my contract. After a whole round of discussions and emails, I was informed that I was only sent the first page of the contract when signing up for Paraco. The extra missing pages were never sent to me. I never signed them or initialed them. It seems odd to me to have a whole bunch of stipulations and fees attached to the last two pages of a contact and not require the customer to sign off. Basically they can make up whatever they want at the end of any contact??? \r
They need to spend some time and resources training their staff on customer service and efficiency. I would NEVER recommend them.
