Review content:
The Patriots were winning but our cellar was flooding. As the Patriots won their playoff game rain water bypassed the frozen ground and poured into our finished basement, soaking our new white shag area rug. A call to Chem Dry early the next morning led to a conversation with a calming staff member who helped me come to the decision that Chem Dry pick up/drop off service and fees would be less expensive than replacing my rug. The rug was soaked and heavy and I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to remove it from the basement. The technician arrived the next day, wet vacuumed water out of the rug and cheerily reassured us that it would be like new upon return. Two weeks later my white shag is back home and looking as good as new. The technician, Manny, arrived as scheduled early on Saturday morning. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you find yourself in the aftermath of a messy situation.
