Review content:
I have used this company many times. I have an old rug and it looks terrific after they clean it. A week after it was done I spilled coffee on the rug and called them ( I couldn't get the stain out with the spot remover) for suggestions on what else I could do and they came back out! Got rid of the stain at no cost. I couldn't believe it.
By the way I have used companies that use water based remover and the stains were back in a couple of days. I recommend this company to everyone.
