Review content:
This is the third or forth time I had rugs cleaned in my home along with having several area rugs cleaned. Have always been very satisfied with the service. The technicians are very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Phil Lambert was the tech who came today. I was given options as to what services were available and also what outcomes I should expect on stained areas. He was due to come between 2 and 4 but had a cancellation and came at noon which worked out much better for me.
