I've used Colonial Chem-Dry a few times before. I just like the procedure that they go through and it's always turned out to my satisfaction. other people have commented on their work on my rugs. They are very courteous, polite, and neat they just do a great job. I'm just very satisfied. They have always done a great job on my rug. There were spots I was concerned about and they did the best they could with it. They kind of go a little overboard on their approach and they're very reassuring on the work they do, and it shows, and I'd use them again anytime. They will give discounts to referrals too, which I think is great.
