Repairman showed up on time. Quickly--and apparently accurately--evaluated the reasons for equipment failure; and suggested some alternatives. We quickly agreed to the best solution approach. Repairman completed work quickly--and the opener has worked quite well. I was impressed by knowledge of the repairman; and his ability to describe alternatives. Worked quickly. Clearly knew the product well!
