As usual, when the heat pump decides to now work properly it happens on the weekend. I contacted Four Star on the Sunday prior to the 4th around 9AM. Asked if I would be home between 11 and 1 PM. A few minutes before 11 Mike arrived at the house. He did a thorough check and found my blower motor was not working properly. He rigged the system that the blower would circulate cool air until a part could be ordered and installed. Monday, John arrived at my house around 230 with the new part. He quickly installed and had the system up and running in around 30 minutes. Great to deal with a company that provided quick and efficient service the first time. Also was glad that they were able to get a part that had to be programed to my heat pump before the holiday. Price was also very reasonable, especially considering emergency call was a Sunday. First time I've used Four Star but it won't be the last. My neighbors have used Four Star and all have been extremely satisfied. Should I have any issues in the future they will be my first call for service. GREAT JOB!!!
